NORFOLK -- Congressman Bobby Scott is holding a public forum Monday night to talk about peoples' experiences when voting.

After many people in Hampton Roads waited between 2 and 4 hours to cast their ballots in November, the congressman would like to fix whatever issues caused the waits.

He wants to hear about any problems voters ran into at the polls.

Voters can share their concerns between 7 and 8:30 p.m. Monday night at Norfolk City Hall on Union Street.
