NORFOLK -- Police are searching for 2 people they believe are responsible for a deadly shooting on West Glen Road early Saturday morning.

Officers found 58-year-old Warren Philip Fisher dead inside his home at about 1:00 a.m.

'It could've been my house, our house. I'm stunned it happened here,' said Richard Canepari, who knew Fisher for more than 30 years. 'He had his painting business, he was a painting contractor, very nice guy, very nice man.'

Witnesses told officers 2 men left the area about the time of the shooting in a Nissan Maxima or Altima. The car was heading toward East Little Creek Road.

Investigators are considering robbery as a motive.
