NORFOLK - Items left at Norfolk International Airport were being sold to the highest bidder.

Tuesday's auction included airport surplus vehicles and equipment and personal items like jewelry, iPods, watches, camera, Kindles and other tablet that were never claimed from the airport's Lost & Found.

A 1999 Chevy Tahoe that had been abandoned was for sale.

All items in the auction that started at 10:00 a.m. were sold 'as is.'

Officials say money from the auction will be used for the airport.
