JAMES CITY COUNTY-- Charges are pending against a 14-year-old boy in James City County for allegedly pointing a firearm at a group of middle school students.

The students were waiting to catch a school bus on Gray Gables Drive in the County Village Trailer Park when police say a teen pulled out a BB gun and pointed it at the kids.

Police say one of the students told their parents about the incident later in the day and the parents called police.

Police say the teen had already been expelled from his middle school in New Kent County and now he could be in more trouble.

Charges are pending against him for carrying a concealed weapon, brandishing a firearm and possession of a weapon on school property, since the incident happened at a school bus stop.
