SUFFOLK--A recent Virginia lottery winner has been arrested on drug charges.

Suffolk police arrested 47-year-old Sharon Kay Revell on May 31. She is charged with two counts of distributing schedule I or II drugs, possession with the intent to distribute, and distribution or sale of drugs on or near school property/library.

Revell won $100,000 in the Virginia Lottery's Jewel 7's Scratcher game in February 2013 from a ticket purchased at a Portsmouth 7-Eleven.

Police say Revell could face additional charges.
