VIRGINIA BEACH -- Police are looking for the man who robbed a Virginia Beach bank Thursday and may be responsible for more robberies.
Police said around 4 p.m. a man came into the Bank of America on Lynnhaven Pkwy. and demanded cash from the teller at gunpoint.
The suspect fled the bank with cash to an awaiting vehicle, which was later discovered to be stolen and located a short distance away.
Investigators believe that the same suspect may be responsible for similar cases in Virginia Beach, as well as other cities in Hampton Roads.
The suspect is described as a black male, 35 to 45 years old, 5'11' to 6' tall and a medium build.
