ISLE OF WIGHT--A Carrollton man has been arrested on a number of charges including the assault and battery of an Isle of Wight deputy.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred May 22nd. Around 6:50 p.m., Isle of Wight deputies responded to the 21000 block of Wigwam Circle in Carrollton to the call of a person with possible mental problems.
