PORTSMOUTH - The second suspect in the shooting of a Portsmouth man is now in custody.

25-year-old Wesley Devon Parker was arrested Wednesday for the June 4 shooting on Elm Avenue. Earlier this week, 25-year-old Lijuah Amar Baumans was arrested.

The 29-year-old victim, whose name hasn't been released, was treated and released from the hospital.

Parker, of Corapeake, North Carolina, and Baumans are both charged with abduction, robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and aggravated malicious wounding.
