WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Singer Chris Brown has a new hearing scheduled for Tuesday in D.C.

Court records show Brown has a hearing set for 9 a.m. in D.C. Superior Court related to his simple assault charge.

Brown and his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy accused of punching Parker Adams outside the W Hotel in October. Adams says Brown hit him after he tried to get in a photograph with the singer.

Brown has rejected plea deal offers so far.

Brown spent several months in jail in California this year after a judge ruled that Brown had violated his probation stemming from the 2009 assault case involving former girlfriend and singer Rihanna.
