POQUOSON -- Police have arrested three people in connection to an assault at Owens Marina in Poquoson.

Earlier Wednesday, authorities said that brothers wanted for assaulting two men at the marina on July 4 may have left the state; however, about 4:00 p.m., they turned themselves in.

A post on the York-Poquoson Sheriff's Department Facebook page about Donald and Justin Stevens read, 'Previously, information had been received that the Stevens brothers would turn themselves in on Monday, 7/9/12. The latest information is that they may have fled the state.'

Investigators say the men got angry when another boat pulled up and the captain asked how long they'd be gassing up. Witnesses said the captain and his passenger, an off-duty sheriff's deputy, were beaten up and then the suspects left in a boat named 'High Pressure.'

Authorities have arrested Donald Stevens, Justin Stevens, and Zachary Warthan. All men are from York County.

They face various charges including malicious wounding and assaulton a law enforcement officer.

Anyone with more information on the attack is asked to call the York Poquoson Sheriff's Office at 757-890-3630 or Poquoson Police Department at 757-868-3501.
