SUFFOLK -- Suffolk police are asking for the public's help in locating three subjects that were involved in an attempted grand larceny.

The incident occurred at Walmart on North Main Street around 4:30 p.m on Feb. 12, according to the City of Suffolk spokeswoman Diana Klick.

Police say the first suspect is described as being a white male wearing a lime green shirt and brown jacket who was accompanied by a white female with brunette hair in a ponytail and a gray hooded jacket. The third suspect is also a white male wearing a grey jacket with the hood on and a ball cap.

The suspects attempted to leave the store with $770 worth of clothing items, but were stopped by store employees before ultimately fleeing the store.
