VIRGINIA BEACH--Most of the equipment stolen from a band in Va. Beach has been found.

$18,000 worth of equipment, a trailer and the storage unit were taken from Voyager Court on Christmas night. The theft was caught on surveillance cameras.

Chris Cowles with Forefront says police told him Thursday that most of the equipment was found on a cul-de-sac off Birdneck Road.

Cowles stored the band's equipment at his workplace.

'I don't know what kind of people would do this. I thought it would be safe, we have other stuff here. It's ridiculous really,' he said.

Still missing are some small speakers, the lights and the contents of the storage shed.

Everything is in relatively good condition, even though it was muddy where the thieves tossed it, Cowles stated.

Police are trying to find the people who took the items. If you know anything that can help, call Crime Solvers at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
