VIRGINIA BEACH -- The Navy SEALFoundation says it will refuse any proceeds that might be offered from the sales of the book 'No Easy Day.'

The controversial book, a first hand account of the mission that killed Osama bin Laden, was written by a former Virginia Beach-based SEAL.

The Pentagon says it reveals classified information, and is considering legal action against its author.

The SEAL Foundation says it's sticking to its mission to support and assist the special warfare community and families.
