ACCOMAC (AP) -- A woman charged with arson on Virginia's Eastern Shore will remain in jail.
Media outlets report that an Accomack County General District Court judge denied bond for 40-year-old Tonya S. Bundick on Wednesday.
Police arrested Bundick and 38-year-old Charles R. Smith III on April 2. Each is charged with one count of arson and one count of conspiracy to commit arson. The charges stem from an April 2 fire at an abandoned structure in Melfa.
Virginia State Police have said the duo is responsible for most of the 77 arsons set on the Eastern Shore in the past five months.
Bundick and Smith are both being held without bond in the Accomack County Jail.
