HAMPTON-- Investigators are trying to find the source of a fuel spill at a marina in Hampton.

Firefighters responded to the city marina next to the Crown Plaza Hotel in downtown Thursday night to contain 15-20 gallons of fuel.

Capt. Jeff Pareira said the crews put out about 120 feet of harbor booms to keep the fuel from dispersing.

Authorities say it's possible the fuel came from a boat that was being worked or it was an overboard discharge that occurred when spill pumps were used.
