VIRGINIA BEACH -- It's an American classic - the Corvette.

You can see 'Vettes - old ones and new ones - on Saturday, April 5, in Virginia Beach.

The all Corvette Cruise-in event, put on by The Beachcombers, a Corvette club in Virginia Beach, benefits Relay for Life. Relay for Life raise money for cancer research.

The Corvette turned 60 last year, the longest continuously-produced name badge of any American automobile.

The cars will be on display at Landstown Commons, located at 3300 Princess Anne Rd., from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Admission is free. You can enter raffles, bid on items in a silent auction and purchase food from vendors. The money raised will go to Relay for Life, which raises money for cancer research.
