JAMES CITY CO. - Two bomb threats about 30 minutes apart kept James City County Police busy Sunday night.

The first threat was made around 6:30 p.m. by a 56-year-old woman, authorities said.

The report forced the partial evacuation of the Green Springs Trailer Park and the threat turned out to be false, they added.

The woman was taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation and charges are pending.

Then, around 7:00 p.m., 55-year-old Althea Willett ran into a Hardee's restaurant in Lightfoot and yelled there was a bomb at the Super 8 Motel next door, according to investigators.

Willett was charged with making a threat.

Police say she was angry with motel staff because she couldn't get into her room. They state Willett was using her room key on the wrong room.

Her room was searched and no bomb was located.
