NORFOLK-Four teens are facing charges after police say they had a gun in their car.

Police were called to investigate after someone reported a person in a car waiving a gun at a bus stop at Goff and Fremont streets.

Officers got a description of the car, which was located at Granby High School by the School Resource Officer.

It was in a faculty parking lot, said Officer Chris Amos.

The four teens in the car were taken into custody and a gun was found, Amos noted.

Charges are pending against:
Jayvon Reap,18, Norfolk, Trespassing on School Property
Karon Sykes, 18, Norfolk, Trespassing on School Property
Male, 17, Norfolk, Trespassing on School Property
Male, 17, Norfolk, Possession of Weapon on School Grounds, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Possession of Firearm Underage, Brandishing a Firearm. Trespassing on School Property, Driving without a License

Elizabeth Mather, spokeswoman for Norfolk Public Schools, confirmed none of the four attends Granby.

The investigation continues.
