NORFOLK -- What kind of boat could you build in four hours using only plywood, 2x4s, duct tape and screws?

See what creative boat builders come up with and find out if their boats float at the annual Duck Tape Regatta in Norfolk. The boats are judged for design and then entered into a race.

The event, started in 2003, has raised more than $150,000 for charities in Hampton Roads. This year's regatta, on September 6, will benefit the Roc Solid Foundation, which builds hope for kids battling cancer. The group is best known for building playsets in the backyards of children with cancer.
