UPDATE 6/4: According to police warrants obtained by 13News Now, David Turner was Betty Philbrick's boyfriend.
On June 2, Philbrick's son went to the house to check on his mother. Spencer, according to the warrant, answered the door and was acting 'extremely nervous and had visible bruising on his face and scratches on his hands.' Philbrick's son went into the garage and found Betty dead.
The warrant states that it appeared Betty had been there for at least a day and Turner had not called police. Betty was last seen alive on May 30.
