LAHORE, Pakistan -- A nine-month-old boy was arrested for attempted murder, according to authorities in Pakistan.
The baby's grandfather took him to court where a judge granted him bail and told police to 'record his statement.'
The child was arrested with his father and more than two dozen others for reportedly attacking police officers during a protest over a lack of electricity in their neighborhood.
Police later said the whole ordeal was a misunderstanding.
The charges were dropped and the officer who arrested the child was suspended.
