NORFOLK-- Authorities say that the boats and trailers that were stolen from the Norfolk Marine have been recovered.

A spokesperson for the Norfolk police department told that the boats and trailers were found Friday night at the 2100 block of Springfield Avenue.

Early Friday morning suspects in two pick-up trucks went to the Norfolk Marine three times to tow some of the boats from the property.

The suspects not only stole items, but they also shot the guard dog, Breezeway. The 5-year-old American pit bull was taken to Blue Pearl to undergo surgery and is expected to make a full recovery.

No arrests have been made in the case and the investigation is still ongoing.
