VIRGINIA BEACH -- Police have issued warrants for two people following a deadly shooting in Virginia Beach.

According to police, 53-year-old Tyrone Martin of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania was shot at Tropical Delights Restaurant and Lounge on May 21. He was transported to a hospital where he later died from his injuries.

The suspect in the murder has been identified as 27-year-old Andrew Wesley Roberts of the 2000 block of Harton Circle in Chesapeake. Warrants have been obtained for murder, carrying a concealed weapon, use of a firearm and aggravated malicious wounding.

Police are also looking for 22-year-old Chezmin Brittany Suter for accessory after the fact, obstructing justice and attempt to commit a misdemeanor.

Detectives are trying to determine the identity of the woman standing next to the suspect in surveillance photographs. She is described as 25 to 30 years old, 5'6' tall, and 130 to 140 pounds. She has long sandy brown hair and is seen wearing a black, V-cut shirt and blue jeans. She was carrying a blue or aqua-green purse at the time of the incident.

Detectives are also looking for a green 1994 BMW also seen in the photographs.
