CHESTERFIELD CO.-- The fourth man wanted in connection with the drowning of two Virginia State University students from Hampton Roads has been arrested.

Chesterfield Co. Police say Charles E. Zollicoffer II turn himself in Monday night.

He and three others are charged with five counts of hazing in what police say is an initiation that claimed the lives of Marvell Edmondson of Portsmouth and Jauwan Holmes of Williamsburg, freshmen at Va. State University.

They were with several other students trying to walk through the Appomattox River to complete their initiation into an organization known as Men of Honor on April 20, police said.

James A. Mackey Sr., Eriq K. Benson and Cory D. Baytop, who is from Newport News, were arrested and charged with five counts of hazing each.
