Those wishing to get in the holiday spirit can now view two big light displays in Hampton Roads.
The Dominion Garden of Lights opens Friday night at Norfolk Botanical Garden.
The drive-through light show is a family tradition, with more than a million lights dancing and jumping to music.
The show runs through New Year's Eve, each night from 5:30 to 10 p.m.
13 News is told the show has some new additions this year.
The Virginia Beach Boardwalk also lights up this time of year.
The annual McDonald's Holiday Lights at the Beach is up and running.
You can drive on the boardwalk to see festive fish, jumping dolphins, and a 40 foot tall tree.
Santa is there too.
Each vehicle gets a free CD of holiday music.
The light show runs until 10 p.m. every Sunday through Thursday until January 1st.
It's open until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights.
