JAMES CITY COUNTY -- One person suffered severe burns during a mobile home fire in James City County early Saturday morning.

Fourteen fire and EMS units responded to a fully-involved fire at the Marston's Trailer Park on Centerville Road around 1 a.m.

Officials say fire suppression was hampered by a downed power line arcing in the front yard. Once the power line was secured, the crews continued their efforts.

The only occupant suffered severe burns to both arms, head and neck and was transported directly to the Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News and later transferred to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

No firefighters were injured.

The fire remains under investigation.
