PORTSMOUTH -- Police are looking for a man who allegedly exposed himself to 2 women in Prentis Park since November 5.

'I was gonna hit him with my stick, across the ding-a-ling,' said 69-year-old Augustine Wilkins. 'I was gonna do it. I was gonna crack it.'

Wilkins told 13News Now that on Tuesday, at about 8:30 p.m., someone knocked on the front door of her home on Elm Avenue. When she asked who it was, the person on the other side of the door responded, 'Grandma, it's your grandson.'

Wilkins explained she opened the door just a bit, and saw somebody exposed, masturbating. She slammed the door, then called police.

'I was so mad. I didn't get scared at first. I was so mad somebody would do that, you know? I was angry,' recalled Wilkins.

It was the second time that person showed up at her house. The first appearance was last week. This time, Wilkins said he had a white towel wrapped around his head, wearing it like a turban.

Detective Misty Holley said that on Monday, someone confronted a woman who was taking out garbage at a home in the 1700 block of Atlanta Avenue. He was on her porch, exposed, and masturbating. Officers believe it was the same person who visited Wilkins both times.

Wilkins told 13News Now that person had a dark complexion and a thin mustache.

Holley said the person for whom police are looking has a slim build and stands about 5'5' to 5'7' tall. He is about 30 to 35 years old.

'He need help. Somebody needs to catch him, 'cause he gonna hurt somebody,' Wilkins said.
