NORFOLK-It's the last full day of campaigning before Election Day and the candidates are working to convince voters to support them.

In Norfolk Monday, the GOP was holding a Commit to Mitt Rally event in Ocean View. It comes about 12 hours after the GOP presidential nominee was rallying supporters in Newport News.

On the Democratic side, Grammy award winner Stevie Wonder will put on a free concert at Norfolk Scope to support President Barack Obama.

Analysts say Virginia's 13 electoral votes will be key to the winning campaign.

Virginia senate candidate Tim Kaine was in Norfolk Monday morning with Sen. Mark Warner and retiring Sen. Jim Webb at Norfolk Botanical Garden.

Republican George Allen, who lost that Senate seat to Jim Webb, was campaigning with Romney in Lynchburg and Northrn Virginia.
