VIRGINIA BEACH - It's in a new location and better than ever, organizers of the Kids Fundango Festival say.

The 10th annual event will be held at the former Ames building, 2866 Va. Beach Blvd., on March 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Regina Marscheider and Spectrum Puppets, in partnership with the City of Virginia Beach, will present a day of puppetry, music, singing, dancing, multi-cultural entertainment and guest performers. It also will include a performance by the Kings Firecrackers, a dazzling jump rope performance team seen on David Letterman and at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Tickets are $3.00, children 3 and under are free. Proceeds benefit Spectrum's non-profit sister company, Stop Abuse, Inc. and its award-winning child sexual abuse prevention program, 'Simon Says, 'Just Tell'.'

It's not just for kids. Ferrari/Maserati of D.C. is providing display and demo rides and there are vendors to catch up on your shopping.

For more information, call Spectrum Puppets at 757/491-2873 or go to the festival Website.
