W&M student death notice from VP for Students Affairs Ginger Ambler

WILLIAMSBURG -- A section of campus on The College of William and Mary blocked for several hours Monday as police investigate a student's death.

Vice President for Student Affairs Ginger Ambler sent out this email to the campus:
'It is with deep sadness that I write to tell you there has been a student death on campus this morning. While the investigation is currently underway, we do not suspect any foul play.

The police have the areas between Landrum and the Sadler Center cordoned off. Please be respectful of the work they need to do and stay clear of that part of the campus. '

Students began moving in to the campus on Friday.
