WASHINGTON, DC -- Police are trying to find an 8-year-old girl missing from Washington, DC who may be with a man considered armed and dangerous.

Relisha Rudd disappeared March 20 and could be with Kahlil Malik Tatum.

Tatum is wanted for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and has been charged by Prince George's County Police in the murder of his wife Andrea Denise Tatum.

Tatum is described as a black man, 5'7' tall and weighing about 170 pounds. He has a distinctive tattoo on his left upper arm. He is believed to be traveling with 8-year-old Relisha. She is described as a black girl, weighing about 70 to 80 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion.

Published reports say Washington police have said authorities believe Relisha may have been killed by the 51-year-old Tatum, but they have not given up hope that the girl will be found.

The Baltimore Sun reports that authorities at the time said the case didn't initially meet the criteria for an AMBER Alert.

Rudd has black hair, brown eyes, is about 4' tall and weighs 70-80 pounds.
