WASHINGTON, DC - Election Day is four weeks away and health care is a big factor for many voters.

Today, GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney campaigns in Iowa and President Barack Obama heads to Ohio.

Polls show Romney trailing in both those states, mostly because older voters were switching to President Obama.

Romney made it clear in last week's debate he wants to replace Medicare with a system where seniors could use their vouchers to buy private insurance or traditional Medicare.Romney says he thinks insurance companies would do a better job.

President Obama says that would lead to seniors paying thousand of dollars more out of their own pockets.

7 out of 10 swing state seniors say - they oppose Romney's voucher program.
