SUFFOLK -- A Suffolk man has been arrested after police say his home was being frequented by people under the influence of marijuana.

According to police, Neighborhood Enforcement Team and special investigations unit executed a narcotics search warrant around 9 a.m. Monday.

Police charged 37-year-old Leland Termayne Marshall, of the 6100 block of Brookwood Drive, with maintaining a common nuisance.
