NORFOLK -- Two people were shot in Norfolk Wednesday night.

Authorities were called to the 600 block of 28th Street just after 10 p.m. They found two men who'd been hit by gunfire, said Officer Daniel Hudson with the Norfolk Police Department. He says their injuries do not appear to be life threatening and they were treated at the hospital.

A woman who did not want to be identified says she heard six to eight gunshots. She says a stray bullet broke a window in the front door of her house.

Police have not released a suspect description or possible motive for the shooting.
