VIRGINIA BEACH -- A local business owner caught a man stealing his worker's bicycle on camera, and he's offering a reward to catch the crook.

Wally Anderton says the bike was parked outside his First Landing Autocare shop on 2900 Shore Dr. The bike was unlocked. 'It was outside for about 10 minutes, and it's a very busy business.'

That's why workers were shocked to see surveillance video showing a man stealing the bicycle in broad daylight.

Anderton says his cashier used the bike as her way to get to work. 'She rides her bike to catch the bus every day to work.'

With hopes of catching the thief, they posted the surveillance on YouTube, and they're spreading the link on Facebook. Anderton is also offering a $100 shell gas gift card for anyone who gives information that leads to an arrest.
