NORFOLK - Some school children, as young as elementary school age, are sexually touching each other.

Virginia Dept. of Education statistics show the unwanted touching, groping and grabbing happens most often with elementary and middle school students.

A Norfolk woman says it happened to her five-year-old daughter.

'The little girl was wearing a skirt that he crawled underneath the desk and went up between her legs and grabbed her,' stated Randi Keesee.

Experts say youngsters sometimes tell their teachers what happened, but they're not taken seriously. They call it kids being curious.

Last year in Hampton Roads, there were 268 reports of unwanted sexual touching in school.
