NEWPORT NEWS-- A Newport News man was sentenced Friday to 15 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release for receipt of child pornography.
According to court documents, McGuire was a Cox Communications employee who set up his neighbors' wireless router.
FBI agents believed the neighbor's computer was being used to access child pornography, but none was found.
The agents then seized McGuire's computers which revealed over 6,000 images of child pornography.
Glenn Rodger McGuire pleaded guilty to the charges on February 6, 2013.
