NORFOLK -- The Downtown Norfolk Civic League and 219 American Bistro are partnering to raise money for the widow andbaby ofOfficer Victor Decker.

The Bistro on Mondaydonated 25% of gross sales from lunch and will do the same at dinner Monday night. Restaurant owners Dr. Sture Sigfred and Ron Zoby will personally match whatever money is raised.

219 American Bistro's lunch hours were11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; dinner hours are 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The bistro booked quickly for dinner, so no more reservations are being taken. However, you can make a donation to the Decker family there.

The Noblemen/Noblewomen and participating Downtown Norfolk establishments are organizing 'Explore Downtown For Officer Decker' to be held on November 26 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in Downtown Norfolk.

The Noblemen/Noblewomen is a local non-profit that helps Hampton Roads children and families in need due to numerous reasons.

Two funds have been set to up raise money for the Decker family.

Meantime, Va. Beach Police continue the investigation into last week's shooting of Officer Decker, whose body was found Tuesday morning by his truck on Oceana Blvd. It wasn't far from Atlantis Gentlemen's Club, where police say Decker had been attending a breast cancer awareness event Monday night.

Virginia Gang Investigators Association will pay $1000 to anyone who gives informatino that leads to the arrest/conviction of Officer Decker's killer(s). That is in addition to the Crime Line reward of up to $1000.
