KILL DEVIL HILLS, NC -- Winds and heavy bands of rain pounded Kill Devil Hills Saturday afternoon.

13News reporter David Ham said officials are not hearing about any structural damage but they have seen some cosmetic damage.

Dare County officials said they doanticipate flooding. They're expecting to get about 9-10 inches of rain.
