VIRGINIA BEACH -- President Barack Obama will make a campaign stops in Hampton Roads on Friday.

There will be a small, grassroots event at Green Run High School, according to the Obama campaign. It will begin at 12:45 Friday. The school is located at 1700 Dahlia Drive.

The event is open to the public and is free. Tickets will be required to attend. One ticket will be given per person on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tickets can be picked up starting at 5 p.m. Wednesay at: Organizing for America at 485 S. Independence Boulevard, Suite 107, Virginia Beach or the Organizing for America office at 100 W. 20th Street in Norfolk.

Obama will also be at Phoebus High School in Hampton on Friday. The speech will start at 4:25, and the event is also open to the public. Tickets can be picked up starting at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Organizing for America office, 11717 Jefferson Avenue, Suite B, Newport News or the Phoebus High School gym, 100 Ireland Street, Hampton.

Also on Friday, Obama is expected to stop by Roanoke's Fire Station No.1, according to the Richmond Times-Dispatch

Obama will visit Henrico County on Saturday. He is expected to hold a small event at Walkerton Tavern and Gardens in Glen Allen. Tickets will also be required for that event.
