VIRGINIA BEACH -- Police identified the woman killed in what they say is a domestic incident early Monday.
49-year-old Irene Teague was found dead outside of the Barberton Apartments on Barberton Court around 4:30 a.m.

Police have charged James T. Miller, described as an acquaintance of the victim, with her murder.
He was arrested in the 300 block of 16th Street around 5:50 a.m. and was treated for bites he received from the police K9. Miller is being held without bond.
The investigation into the killing continues.
Teague was a cook at Bentley's Restaurant and Lounge on Newtown Road. Coworker Curtis Bowens says he last saw her at closing time, around 4:00 a.m.
'She stopped me and said 'Hey Mr. Curtis. Wait a minute' and came up and gave me a hug as she always does. That's my last memory of her and that's the last time I'll see her,' he said.
