YORK COUNTY-- Speed and alcohol were factors in an accident that killed two people on Saturday, Va. State Police said.

The driver, 24-year-old Ozziyel Qinah Nunnally of Hampton, and a back seat passenger,25-year-old Christopher Allen Belger of Rancho Cucamonga, California, died at the scene.

Police saidNunnally's 3005 Pontiac was traveling northbound on Route 134 (Hampton Highway) when it ran off the road and hit several trees

Belger was a seaman in the U.S. Navy.

A passenger in the front seat, Juan Luis Zaval-Alcaraz, also in the Navy, was treated for minor injuries.
