CHESAPEAKE-Events are planned throughout the month and into March to help people sign up for health care coverage through the Affordable Care Act.

2014 open enrollment ends March 31. If you most choose not to have health insurance, you'll pay a fee.

The government says more than 3 million people have enrolled so far.

In Va. Beach, the city has set several enrollment sessions and there are two coming up in Hampton.
