NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- Saturday, Town Point Park played host to the 11th annual Caribbean Festival!
This year's festival, also dubbed as Caribfest, featured live authentic Caribbean music with international recording artists, a three-deck dining cruise vessel and a colorful Carnival parade right in the streets of downtown Norfolk.
The parade portion of the event included stilt dancers, elaborate and fun costumes, as well as folklore characters.
