VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Virginia Beach City Council members will consider a resolution that would honor Kansas City Chiefs' player Derrick Nnadi.

Mayor Bobby Dyer introduced the resolution to the council.

To celebrate, Derrick Nnadi paid the adoption fees of all the shelter dogs at one Kansas City shelter. After a few days, the kennels at one of the shelter's facilities were all empty.
