NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- Beginning in early April, the city of Norfolk will be launching a new bike share program to expand transportation around the area.
The program is called Pace, and it's a new, dockless bike share service that allows riders to locate bikes with their smartphones.
You can also rent and return bikes at any public bike rack or a designated Pace bike rack.
During the launch event in April, bikes will become available to the public.
Norfolk is the first city in Virginia and the fourth city in the country to use Pace.
