ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. (WVEC) -- Raymond Eugene Woodley was arrested on Friday by Elizabeth City police.
The 19-year-old is accused of killing Trevon Demetrius Blount on May 3 of this year. Woodley was arrested for First Degree Murder and is currently held at Albemarle District Jail without bond.
