WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WVEC) -- William and Mary Police have increased patrols after someone was attacked and robbed on campus overnight.
Dispatch got a call around 1:15 a.m. about a robbery that had taken place around midnight near the Kaplan Arena lot.
Authorities say two male suspects struck the victim multiple times with a stick and took his wallet.
No other weapons were seen or used during the assault.
The suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction. Their races are unknown, but they're both described as six feet tall with dark hair and wearing blue jeans.
However, one had on a green sweatshirt and the other had on a black, long-sleeve shirt.
