Portsmouth police working to track down homicide person of interest

Have you seen 32-year-old Robert Howard? Portsmouth police believe he's a person of interest in a homicide.

PORTSMOUTH, Va. — The Portsmouth Police Department is trying to track down a person of interest for a January 2, 2020, homicide.

The crime happened in the 10 block of Lake Forest Court around 1 a.m. The victim was identified as 30-year-old Eric Silver.

Portsmouth police are trying to find 32-year-old Robert Howard of Portsmouth. Police described him as 6’4” tall and weighs between 240-255 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
