PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A boy and a man are both seriously hurt after a shooting in Portsmouth Wednesday.
The shooting happened in the 20 block of Swanson Parkway, according to the police department.
Police said the man and boy both have life-threatening injuries. They were taken to the hospital.
